Returns

All Modul products are fully custom made on order and in accordance with individual client specifications. Because of this we are not obliged to accept returns. However, if you have any concerns - at all - contact us immediately and we will respond appropriately. Depending on the situation we might accept a return and simply withdraw the sunk cost from the refund amount. Please contact us for further information.

Exchanges

As written previously, all Modul products are fully custom made on order and in accordance with individual client specifications. Because of this we are not obliged to accept exchanges. However, if you have any concerns - at all - contact us immediately and we will respond appropriately. Depending on the situation we might accept an exchange and simply subtract the sunk cost from the value of the exchange. Please contact us for further information.

Damages and similar issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong configuration, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Uncollected packages

Again, all Modul products are fully custom made on order and in accordance with individual client specifications, on this basis we do not refund uncollected packages. However, if you have any concerns - at all - contact us immediately and we will respond appropriately.
